Welcome, I'm Rian

A Restorative Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner & Yoga Nidra Guide.
I help women who are tired of being tired. Women who long to feel held, seen and supported. Women who are ready to heal their nervous system, regulate their energy and return to the calm that lives inside of them.
After years of carrying stress, anxiety, and survival mode in my own body, I found my way back to rest through Yoga, Reiki and Yoga Nidra. Now, I offer these same practices to help you soften, release, and remember your wholeness.

Yoga Nidra
Deep rest for your body, mind & spirit
A guided meditative journey that brings your nervous system into deep relaxation. Perfect for exhaustion, anxiety, bunout, or when your thoughts won't stop racing. No movement required - just lie down, get cozy, and receive.

Reiki
Energy healing to clear, realign, and renew
A hands-on or hands-over-the-body healing session where you'll receive calming universal life force energy. Reiki works gently to remove blocks, reduce stress, and support emotional balance.

-Emotional heaviness or stuck energy
-Grief, heartache, or low mood
-Fatigue or lack of clarity
-Reconnection with your inner self
Free Community Yoga
A welcoming space to move, breathe and connect
An all-levels gentle yoga class offered at no cost to the community. We'll combine mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness to release tension, invite presence, and cultivate a sense of belonging.
Perfect for:
-Stress relief and gentle exercise
-Meeting new friends and building community
-Reconnecting with your body in a safe, inclusive space
-Anyone wanting to explore yoga without pressure or cost

Because healing and connection should be accessible to everyone. This class is my way of giving back - creating space where we can all show up exactly as we are, without financial barriers, and share in the benefits of movement and mindful rest.
